I'm thinking "Windows Internet Explorer user"

You use such lovely words. Like "tunnel" etc.... Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections

Click on "Lan Settings"

Then you'll see a section at the bottom called "Proxy Server"

Tick the little box. Fill in the IP address and port details of the proxy server. Tick the "bypass for local addresses" if you actually use IIS server on a local network server (doubt you would)

Congratulations. You've just "tunneled your connection through a public proxy"

Your-Freedom and Jab works wonders with open proxies. They allow you to use a normal http proxy for all traffic.

torrents ---> your-freedom/jap dedicated servers ----> to proxy in http -----> to you connecting to the proxy.

Its fast if the proxy is fast and the jap/your-freedom servers are fast.

i didn't know you could scan for proxies, thought u could only scan for ip's... i have angry ip scanner from a while back...

where there is a will there is a way you need to also have the right applications i use some custome software back when i was fooling around you can find all these thing's in hacking packages and its not somthing for the light hearted(you need to know what you doing)

one hint and thats all im saying, port scanner, no names, there are a lot of different apps that can do this. google is ur friend
