I have chatted to my son and pushed him to fork out the extra 200 for the Antec to have something that will last an upgrade cycle.FSP is a good brand as wel, if you are happy with it being non modular. It is pretty decent. It is a C tier. I wouldn't run a 5070ti on it for example, but XX60 class card no issues.
FSP has lower quality components, antec is honestly the better bet, I didn't consider the FSP because it is a lesser quality PSU still decent but you can do better.
Antec is ranked higher between B and C tier. Both have 5 year warranties. Personally the antec over the FSP.

If the antec is out of the question
MSI Mag will also do just fine, only really difference between ATX3.1 and 3.0 is a change to the HPWR connector. it is backward compatible.
