I have purchased a router online from Nivo and paid for it. Got the auto email to confirm and nothing after that. There is no update on the site itself under my order not to mention any communication.

I have tried their contact form, but they seem to ignore those or don't receive them. There is no tel no listed on the site that I can find.

I am not very happy with the service, even worse if you take it is in such a competitive market. :mad:
 
I've purchased items from them two times before and have always received it within a day or two. My boss recently bought a notebook but only the Office was received in 2 days. He gave them a shout the next day and they delivered the notebook by the end of the same day.
 
I have had nothing but excellent service from the Nivo team and have even met the owner. Their communication / service / timimg is impeccable.

Thanks guys. Phoned them and I will get it tomorrow. Still not sure what went wrong with the comms
 
I've also had good experiences with Nivo and when their courier damaged my one parcel they replaced it.
 
I have always had great service from them too. It's amazing what a phone call can do sometimes, and also don't know why it's left as a last resort.
