I have purchased a router online from Nivo and paid for it. Got the auto email to confirm and nothing after that. There is no update on the site itself under my order not to mention any communication.
I have tried their contact form, but they seem to ignore those or don't receive them. There is no tel no listed on the site that I can find.
I am not very happy with the service, even worse if you take it is in such a competitive market.
