no sound after SP1

hi guys, i've got the X-fi XtemeMusic, which worked fine before i installed SP1 for vista 64-bit. now, after downloading and installing the latest driver off Creative Labs site, i still havent got sound. the driver installs correctly and everything went smooth through the install process, but when i want to play music or games, nothing happens!!!!

does anyone here have an answer or some advice for me plz??

Are the drivers meant for SP1? I see M-audio have a SP1 beta program, so sound drivers might need updates.

Check that your bios doesn't need to be updated. Many of the SP1 issues are bios related it seems.
