So I was only given the GeForce Now priority plan, which only allows up to 1080p resolution gaming. Which is not ideal for someone like me playing on 1440p for years now.
Tried Starfield, and the picture quality was pretty blurry that was most likely due to the lower res, but also a very noticeable noisier image. Changing the bitrate to Max did not resolve this. I could also clearly see and feel a delay in inputs although Geforce was showing me 3ms.
So I tried the new Forza Motorsport and was greeted with this

Clicking ignore just left me with an eternal spinny wheel.
I then tried the Kovaaks aim trainer thingy. Which was really good. Did not notice any delay or lag, really felt 1 to 1 barring the 60fps limit and lower resolution.
I ultimately have to wait till Rain offers a higher resolution plan to really see if this is worthwhile for me. Cause the 1080p gaming life is not for me, left that life many years ago.
