Best move is to ask the telkom mobile guy on twitter, but i dont think the phone available through them. Only the big 3. Cell c has it relatively cheaper than vodacom at R329p/m.

I asked them on FB, they said they'd get back to me... As far as I remember, the launch article of MyBB stated that it would be available through them??

Unfortunately you gotta take some things with a pinch of salt, I asked on twitter and was told the same that they would get to me, its been just about 5 months now, and guess what they never did.

Well they got back to me after all but their info was definitely wrong. I asked for 3 devices: S5 LTE, S4 LTE and G2. AFAIK they don't have the LTE Samsungs. The answer was that the have both Samsungs and I must go in-store to check on the G2
 
Guys, who's bought the g2 from cellucity? Is it 16 or 32gb? They can't see on the box. It doesn't. I want to get it but need to make sure before I get it

From what i know SA didnt receive the 32gb, so unless they import its likely to be 16gb.
 
Hi guys,

I need some advice. Anybody had to replace a screen on their G2? I dropped mine over the weekend... very small crack, but I think the digitizer got damaged. I'm getting phantom screen presses all along the left edge of the screen.

What are the options for screen repair? Only through my service provider? Anybody got a ballpark figure of what I'm in for?

Vodacom did a repair for +Jacodebeer I think last month, he posted it was around R2700 to repair ouch...
 
Had mine repaired in March - R2200. Had a hell of a time trying to get it fixed - LG couldnt help and handed me off to their repair partner who in a case of almost criminal unhelpfulness were adamant that they cannot repair cellphones

Called LG again, threw tantrum, got sorted within 4 days. Try and get hold of a gent by the name of Amos at LG - he is a legend!
 
Virgin mobile have the 32gb, wonder why Vodacom don't have

I ended up paying R2500, had to take it back the following day because the sensors did not respond to well!
I'm still waiting for my Spigon Armor eta 30 April, I'm very very carefull with the phone atm
