I didn't think so, apart from the De Gea comment. There were huge gaps that a better side on the day would have walked through. We left a lot to be desired in defence still. Yes, there was fewer stupidity at the back, but structurally we were weak again...

Is it just me, or does the team Synergy just seem non-existent? They were so content on just using the old Hoof it and hope approach? They just looked so disinterested. The only shred of life in that whole side was when Rooney put Van Persie in on goal. Apart from that they just didn't look like they even wanted to be there.
