I'm on the same package - mine looks like it's all there - check your cumulative monthly stats to see your cap vs usage - I find that the easiest to use.

Thanks; I haven't used the account for a while. The last time I checked usage stats it reported 1.2TB plus the current month 200GB. I have 900GB now. I suspect that unused data falls away after extended periods of time.

@Vox reps: Account ID is 9023296.

Roll-over is only for 6 months and a max of 6 times your monthly cap IIRC.

Yes, as far as I recall it's a six-month window.

The maximum limit of unused (roll over) data is equal to six (6) times your current monthly cap

edit: Meant to also say that that's the only bit I see on the page, the 6-month thing is either deep in ToC or not applied.
edit2: Scratch that:
The limit will be 6 x 300GB = 1,8TB of unused data. There is no time limit on the roll over data.
So if data is expiring, you need to ask them what's going on.

Vox usage ONCE AGAIN recorded as peak, when Vox wasn't even being used.

Any of you using Bolt-on ? - please check your usage today (the 14th) and see if there's a spike in it ... then will you report back on it in this thread, please.

Today Vox once again managed to record peak-time usage on my account - this time @ 2.32GB - before that for the first 13 days of the month, was only a few MB's in total !

I never use them during the day as I have my limit set to 1GB maximum, but their login details are in my router, so when it's switched on during the morning, it shows the service is running even though logged into another ISP (Afrihost) using a dial-up connection. How could I have gone over 1GB if that is my limit ; the system should've cut out after that, and not allowed further usage .. which to me proves, that it's their system playing up, or SAIX's, where Vox do their checks to.

Refer this post which links back to another one from Feb'16, when the same thing happened, and they then didn't own up to their systems being at fault ; writing a mail to them & if they don't reverse this usage, I'm cancelling with them, never to return :

EDIT : noting that at 14h30, changed ISP in router to an Afrihost account, so if more usage recorded when Vox systems shouldn't even record a start/end time, then definitely something up with them.

After speaking to a Vox agent, he agreed (apart from anything else I included in a detailed mail to Vox after posting this) that the additional 1.3GB over my free self-imposed 1GB cap, should've been detected by their system, and not been allowed to go through.

A ticket is apparently being sent to their accounts dept., to credit me for the additional 2GB the system should automatically generate & charge me for, as a result of this additional 2GB "used" (not by me), over & above my preset 1GB cap.

Here's hoping it gets seen to ......

I've also replaced Vox as ISP in my modem/router to an Afrihost account, so would actively need to dial-in to Vox, to use them during peak-times, which won't be happening. I can therefore now more easily prove if usage is counted against me in future, yet there are no session times generated in my Vox profile. Even though they say that this activity is (currently being) recorded against my landline no.

Yep very slow this morning! Why is it that Vox only show outages on their site/app where other companies also indicate performance degradation?!?

It seems there was some cable theft last night and Fibre Cable got damaged according to Afrihost Website, the Techies are busy fixing it.
