Very intermittent sometimes 10 mb other times 2 mb but haven't had much problems loading normal stuff

Their after hour times has been like that for quite some time now. Its really great that it starts at 23:30

Pretty terrible speed all day, even now, 6pm.

Just did a download of this to test - https://www.relay.fm/material/57 - 61MB file, so enough of a file size to see if it slows down dramatically.
Lowest it went was 238 KB/sec on my 2.5Mbps line, so it's probably a "North region" thing today / tonight .. last week we were affected quite badly, the one day.
