Official Vox DSL feedback thread

Also had downtime on Friday and again this morning - authentication failure - also Western Cape. Have also received a lot of notifications from vox about outages.

Have never had issues with them before, support took over 2 days to get back to me - not good.
 
Vox please issue a valid certificate for your "Live Chat with Vox".

Issue in both Firefox and Google Chrome.

same for me this.. Also get this on both Chrome and Firefox

They are having issues with connections and their core departments are working on it. :(

Was told that by vox.
 
I don't want to say anything because that's when it breaks but I haven't experienced any issues today.
 
Just got off the telephone with Vox support... authentication issues, throughput issues, engineers are attending to it, unknown cause, unknown eta... a lot of unknowns.

When you have issues with Vox, what method do you find the most time efficient manner interacting with Vox please?

I have only used the webchat, this is v e r y s l o w. {Cannot dial 087 numbers when abroad at times}
Asking this very question earlier today, “How am I meant to contact you Vox if we have any issue” took +- 30 minutes in webchat.

Vox is almost completely dead this morning.

Using a backup account from a different ISP works just fine.
 
Yup mine is also still dead

After checking my stats on their site, the last time I was able to use their "service" was 15 Sept

With that being said, this is the first time I've really had issues, so guess I can't complain.
 
For the first time ever I was struggling with international gaming last night. Was playing Destiny 2 and was getting disconnected almost every 10 mins. Switched to my backup afrihost account and everything was fine.
 
Just checking to c if it wasnt just me :D. Webafrica also been bad since last night. Would post in that thread, but its a joke.
 
If things continue the way they are currently I'll be forced to downgrade Vox as my backup ISP, although then I'll end up paying a bit more for a main ISP, so not really ideal :(
 
Internet mostly dead on Vox, Im too lazy to change accounts but Im assuming its ISP related because certain things are fine and others are horrible.
