Official Vox DSL feedback thread

Why they require proof of residence and a copy of your ID on an existing account is beyond me.

I signed in before adding it to my cart and checking out with it. But yes, through the portal.
I should've probably gone into the portal and did buy now from there but it did let me choose an existing account and let me sign in but still asked for proof of residence and ID, it's whatever, it's really just to let my 400GB replenish fully or when I want to download something big, a backup account.

If the CISP people were smart they would get this deal as a backup too.

Same idea for me, except I only have a 100GB account, so I could use the extra data.

My vox account disconnected at exactly 00:00 and no internet since then. Infogro account working fine. Tried with both my 1TB account and normal fatpipe account on VOX with no luck.

I'm still up.

So I tried to get the 1TB special-thingie.
I get hold of support and I'm told that I'm not RICA'd.
(They want me to RICA a second time. For a fcking ADSL data account?! Seriously, WTF.)

The agent keeps insisting that I need to be RICA'd and that I can only get an account once that happens.
(Keeping in mind, she's sitting with my account open on her screen.)
So I ask her if it's possible to have an account and not be RICA'd -to which she said "no".
So I ask her whether she can see my account -to which she answered "yes".

*pause*
*Now I'm waiting for the penny to drop*
*more pause, but nothing*

Eventually, I'm like, "Well clearly I've been through this process before...?!"

*pause*

Then the reply eventually comes "You need to RICA, sir."
I'm like, "No, I need to take the hint that you guys don't want me to give you my money."

Their support and procedures are PATHETIC.
I won't be recommending Vox to anyone again.
