Did something just break?

Concerning the Authentication (DSL console)* issue - this has been restored - its in process of queuing the connection to restore one by one to ensure no mistakes - should be all resolved within the next 2-3 hours max

What is happening with your news server WA?

Last night it was working - from mid night to now, dead! What is happening and why does work sometimes and at other times - nothing?

Seems like it was an issue with concurrent connections. One line was authenticating fine while the other wouldn't. Customer portal reported denied access due to max limit of concurrent connections reached.

Usage monitor on the DSL console is a mess yet again. This is happening far to often now.

I think it is months now and seems to sometimes effect some people and not others. I have been fine for a while, but not so long ago it took close on a month to resolve

We are aware of the DSL console issues - will update you guys as the developers inform of us

Hi, I am really disgusted with WA's level of service the past few weeks:
a. A week or so ago I registered a ticket to fix slow line speed - no reaction. Fortunately my line corrected itself.
b. This last weekend my line started acting up again. I registered a ticket on Monday with no reaction to date. When I call WA there is no answer or I am transferred to someone who is not there.
c. Today I tried to access my usage records but could not log in ..... wrong user name or password......really!

I eventually got through to sales where the salesman almost convinced me to go for the LTE-A option but I am not sure about the reliability of LTE.

But my problem still remains - what must I do for WA to fix my ADSL line speed problem? Your formal service channels does not work .... I almost came to the conclusion that WA closed doors.....

No reply! Oh boy! What happened to Webafrica? Anyone?

For what its worth find attached Pingplotter result of my connection. Question : why is hop 2 incognito?
