Can't say the same for 4k video though. The stabilization is outstanding but the video footage lacks definition and detail. So smooth to the point where it almost looks blurry!! I'm pretty sure there is something either broken on the test unit and/or a software glitch/bug that needs addressing.

Yeah, that 4k clip looks blurry AF.

Otherwise, as you've mentioned, the pics look pretty good -at least to my untrained eyes.
 
Hmm. I think I'll get myself one of these. Didn't expect to like it so much.

I don't notice a pink hue? The quality of the 4K video footage below makes me think the video you're referring to messed up their footage somehow. It looks really good below:

As someone who doesn't need a camera that often, that quality is more than good enough for me.

Yeah. I love the silk white. Trying hard to resist but I think I might cave.

There was definitely an issue with that 4k content. It's a whole lot better in just about every other review.

A while back, long before the launch OnePlus released a teaser of a single photo taken with 4 different phones. It was labelled a,b,c and d and people were asked to guess which shot on which phone. The phones were I think S9, pixel 2, OP6, iphX. There was one shot inparticular that I thought was shocking on account of its pink hue. I suspect now it was the OP6. Reviewers describe it as a warmer colour setting vs cooler. OP may have grossly over done it.

I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't the worst of the lot, but I was also surprised at how much I loved the S9+ camera. It was my first choice in nearly all the images. Too bad the S9+ costs roughly 2x OnePlus 6's locally.

Great vid, for me it was also the S9+!! Followed closely by the X. Pixel middle of the road and I had the OP6 edging the Pro20. Had little love for the Pro20's shots.... I tried to work out which was which before the end but got it totally wrong. :) Great exercise that

For me the OP6 destroyed the P20 Pro. Aside from the P20 Pro all the pics were mostly good. Can't believe that thing was so poor.

To be honest I prefer the Photos from the P20 than the P20 Pro.

People on the forum complaining the midnight black models are already out of stock when you try checkout, that the shop isn't working properly etc.
