OpenServe coverage map issue

Hello everyone:

Do you perhaps know how to raise queries with OpenServe with regards to their coverage map?
Our estate is covered for Fibre; but strangely some houses does not appear on the coverage map.
(yet a manhole with fibre splitter is located at the property)

Some residents are successfully using fibre but others cant place their orders because of this issue.
We are not sure how to address and will appreciate any suggestions.

Openserve said elsewhere to tell the ISP to use the street address list that they get from Openserve - maybe the map is mis-aligned...

Let's hope The Axxess Lady can help as most residents are ordering via Axxess.
