Pitiful performance on my 10Mb "Unshaped" account and support claims the account is fine because I pulled 30GB yesterday, yet I cannot view my own logs because "we don't believe in usage based shaping"

Have any of you asked your bank to block debit orders from OW? My account is due to end in June, I just want to make sure they don't deduct money going forward.

Did the bank comply?

+1, can't wait, LOL.

I was at Capitec yesterday afternoon. They can't block/stop it before it is not off yet, but they can reverse it @ R4-50; which I am willing to pay with a smile.

If its gone off before, you should be able to block it.

Also with Capitec. I'm hoping they don't deduct month end as I have given sufficient notice.

if you have not received a cancellation notice, they're going to deduct:p

They have acknowledged my email with a back and forth communication about cancelling the service. There has been no miscommunication.

Cool. If you think that is sufficient, i mean you and your other mob have not been screaming foul. I'm sure they will honor it. :erm:

I have no mob thank you very much. From reading your recent posts you seem to have even less trust than the nay sayers.

Nah, i don't place trust in companies to begin with. They are here to offer a service, if im unhappy with any part of the service i will leave. But without regurgitating everything. My reasons for cancelling are different. If they are able to fix my gripes, then i will stay.
