OpenWeb ADSL Feedback Thread (Pt2)

OW is a sorry sight to say the least. I am going to cancel but will keep their support staff as busy as possible. Pitty I have two months left with them.

I loved OW and mrBeeps hands on approach, now it seems they have shifted to a hands up approach.:mad:

Cancel the cancellation, then downgrade to the cheapest possible product, then cancel again.

I am itching to block next months debit order and send OpenWeb an email stating that I'll EFT them the balance of the last installment on 30 June if my service is constant. It boils down to no service = no pay.

No pay = ITC black mark = no finance for new car or house etc until outstanding payment is made = not worth it

With everyone cancelling.... my account will be mine alone. No sharing :D

Deafening silence from OW is speaking volumes. (Cableguy, MrBeep, etc) Wonder if MyBB will consider writing about it?

Yes, classic case of router confusion. It is clear that your router is not attuned to the stars. Surprised Leon didn't send your horoscope with in the feedback :)
 
Always a nice unwind to read the latest in this thread and know I've escaped the dragon of deceit. Hoping the rest of you can get out sooner rather than later, I have less faith in OPW than a prostitute's husband.
