lol yea i figured but wouldnt it be busy between 1800 and say 2100? was playing between those times too
 
Not very busy no. Traffic takes a sharp peak downwards at around 18:00

Is it only me, or are there fellow Openwebbers also experiencing extremely slow teamviewer connections? Browsing a web page via teamviewer is on the border of unusable, as it is EXTREMELY slow. Every few seconds it will prompt that the connection was lost and then suddenly it will continue slowly loading the web page I was browsing. Now, I know MrBeep said that Teamviewer is not shapped. Can it be Teamviewer itself, or anybody with ideas?

Could you perhaps tell us your findings with regard to teamview here? Because I can't even get it to login at my home pc today, even though it is online etc.

Ok I did. But this is very strange now.

So yesterday at 22:20 my account stops working. I send in support request.
This morning, I get given a new account. Why? I was happy with the 1st account, but it stopped working, as if the password was changed without me asking for it.
So I ask for the old account. I get it back, with a new password.

Still, I have to wonder.

At least it works again, after not having access to it for half a day, the part I like the most, which the unshaped hours through midnight which is the best part to download.
 
I see Leon changed the password earlier today. The password was not the cause of the issue.

We assigned you a new account in order to get you back online whilst we investigate your issue, however you indicated you do not wish to have a new account, so we assigned you your old account and will now investigate whilst you are using it.

I am happy to be back on the original account. Strange that only a single account has authentication issues, at least no one else posted about such issues last night and this morning.
 
happened to be at home yesterday afternoon. had to use 3g. couldnt check mail or tapatalk. if i had to be at home everyday i would go insane with that crap internet.
 
Okay, this is very frustrating, I cannot connect to my steam account, neither can I get into my Gmail to email support to see whats wrong, luckily I got onto internet banking 15mins later to buy electricity before I ran out lol, my account has taken a turn for the worst this week it seems, today being the worst with concern to browsing, my line only really became unshaped at 8:30pm last night, Please MRBeep can you help.
 
The network was very busy from around 15:30 to 17:00. Seems like all and sundry started downloads etc.

Things are looking alot better now though.

My account just went totally dead. Router is connecting to OpenWeb but no data throughput. I have emailed support.

EDIT: Now the account isn't authenticating. I've resorted to using my old account as I see that still works.

Can't even stream youtube at 144p. So I suppose the network must be running fine because that's normal for my 1mb gold account. Same as every other day.

I'm experiencing exactly the same right now.

TeamViewer sessions are so laggy and loses connection frequently.

2Mbps Gold Uncapped [Orange] account.

MrBEEP: Any ideas? Will PM you my account details.
