Had the same problem and MrBeep gave me new log in details that work

Yeah, see they're refusing to give me new log in details -as mentioned. Why, I wouldn't know. (This is probably the first time in 8 months that I'm requesting new log in details.)
Here's the kicker:
My Afrihost account runs full speed. The more I explain this in my emails, the more I'm getting the "we've tested the account, call telkom" response. (VERY unlike OW.) :(

*So I'm hoping MrBEEP can sort me out.

Just signed up for the "Gamers Delight, Downloaders Right!!" special that's running at the moment.

Returning customer from Afrihost. That special tipped the scales for me.

Mr Beep, how long before the account is active? Can I make first payment by CC, as it says awaiting Debit Order Confirmation...
Can't seem to find the option to do so though.

Question, i just got the Gamer Delight Package...

Considering moving my line to you guys, do you offer such a service and if so where do i find it

had an issue logging into my account after resetting my router last night, got prompt response after opening a ticket.

Well done on top notch customer services.

one issue tho... Is it normal for my DL's to be throttled below 15kb/s during the day?
