It's time to move on for me I'm afraid, just too many issues too often.
This time, one of my Gold Uncapped 4mbps accounts is throwing authentication errors. Logged a "Critical" ticket an hour and a half ago, still no response.
Just hasn't been the same since VB was canned. VB performance even convinced me to move another account to OpenWeb.
Email has been sent to [email protected]. I have a feeling I can find a better home for my 2 accounts at this price (probably even cheaper).

What backbone is the best these days?? I used to be on a VB account back in the day when I had 384 kbps and felt compelled to download the whole time but since I moved to 1 mbps about 4 months ago {and then 2 mbps} havn't had much stuff to download so was content with the DSL heaven {among other} accounts I had but now I want to download some stuff again the account performs quite horribly for downloading {the general browsing experience was fine} have e-mailed them and asked for a switch just curious what everyone is using these days?? And what's considered the best??
Thanks
Edit:
Lol maybe I spoke to soon is there a cable break somewhere or something, this is what gmail tells me when I try and log in...
My VB account (1 mbps) is running very slow and erratic lately, where it was mostly OK before.
Since Telkom upped my line to 2 mbps things have gotten worse for me, contrary to what I would have imagined.
But I want to retain VB, so I'll just wait it out.
Are you on Gold or standard uncapped? As far as I know, Gold Uncapped isn't supposed to have throttling.
Please include the full email thread, as you are posting only your side of the story.
Just so everyone what a tool Keoma is. I complained about 1000ping and slow speeds at 11pm at night on my 2mb gold uncapped account and asked to be moves to a diff backbone. This was the response:
Hi Martin
Thank you for your email.
Initially you said your speed is slow. Now it is the latency.
Please be specific. What is slow. Torrents? Latency?
My tests are not duplicating your results. I ma not giving you ‘excuses’, I am troubleshooting your issue. If you have a problem with the way I do this, please email [email protected] to further troubleshoot.
I am helping you as a favour. I have MANY MANY things I have to look after on daily basis, and support is not one of them
Kind Regards
