Yes, same here. On both my accounts.

Same here, but I happened to look at my router stats when this happened and noticed the SNR had dropped to 5.something. Restarted and everything was fine. So this indicates that telkom is busy fcking around -Ie. Not a OpenWeb issue.
 
bloody hell. seems im the only one stuck at work and not able to see my stuff run...feel so left out that i cant give minute by minute feedback.

You should NAT your ports.

Mine is currently not running (0-2kb/s from two different locations) on silver uncapped.

english please. and is it dangerous for intruder getting access to my backups and internets?
 
Yes and no. You will then allow access to your application (i'm assuming SABNzbd) via the internet by opening a port on your firewall. The security is then dependent on the application and whether someone can exploit it to gain access to your machine. You can also use a VPN.

If you are not comfortable with enabling access permanently, I suggest you only do this when you want to monitor your connection.

im not to fussed about the daytime speed. if i had to see it then i would be giving minute for minute updates. ill rather leave it as is. leave well enough alone.
 
My SABnzbd has not been downloading at all today (stuck on 0)
Is this something I should expect on a shaped service, or is something wrong?
 
My internet is still dead during they day and normalises after hours.....So these "Corporate updates" not done yet? :) Will see what happens tomorrow and then start bugging Openweb to get it resolved.

Same here. Contacted support this morning but they were unable to help :( They tried one thing and then ignored me the rest of the day...so I wouldn't hold my breath.
 
Hey Friends,

The support ticketing system is currently down. Unfortunately there will be a delay in the response to admin and support related queries.
