I've been having packet loss issues in GW2 after hours, but I'm not sure if it's my line or my account.
 
After hours latency is very high, was stable for the past week....anyway lets hope it fixes itself.
 
I tested and downloaded the Ubuntu 12.10 distro... granted a local distro, averaging 962 Kilobytes (not bits) per second... good enough for me. @BrendanMC, there's no "thats what she said" issue. It's there, it's solid, & it blows my socks off!!!

If its your socks that are getting blown off, errr you're doing it wrong???!!!!

On another note, it seems after 8pm my latency goes through the roof. Downloaded something now and it was full speed. will test later and post results

My adsl does not have other ports for other things to be "blown" :D
 
I don't understand as soon as it hits 8am I can't even browse this is just stupid. I can understand shaping downloads during the day but I can't even load a webpage. I don't use torrentz during the day but downloads from news servers have never been an issue before moving to openweb, starting to really regret this decision.

MrBEEP, I'm having exactly the same problem (and also questioning my decision to move to OW).
Sent an email with a tracert and the response was 'disconnect your router for 30min'
Really?

MrBEEP. I'm having the same problem. Disconnect router for 30min only works for a while. I'm also having second thoughts to my move to OW
