When is Openweb going to offer bundled accounts?

I want to be rid of Axxess asap.

It is usual for me atleast during business hours, you can't even browse it's just stupid, worst mistake I've made going to openweb but can't do anything about it for a month and a half due to cancellation procedures, fun times!

We are working on bundled services currently. There are just a few puzzle pieces that need to be put in place

im very dissatisfied with the OW experience. i now have to go load more stuff in my app because OW wiped out my list :p cant believe i have to load it again. all that manual labour! dammit OW!

as always: RABID DOG. k thanx bye!!:D

edit: last night i was running at about 40KB/s around 10pm. very unusual speed for a weekend. not sure how long it ran like that but i got home that time.

My international also slow, trying to update pc, windows update almost not working. avira update coming in at 11kbs.

I'm on 1MB Standard Uncapped and I'm getting high latency and unusably low speeds.
I'm using a backup capped account to post this. I wasn't even able to get a proper
result card so I had to take a snapshot.

Yeah, it's really not, anytime between 8 and 5 during the day is not workable, the severe lag i'm getting on guild wars likes to disagree with your offering, its a daily occurrence on my 10Mbps account, if this continues my stay with openweb will be short lived.
 
UPDATE: I successfully managed to create a result card on SpeedTest.

this is what im afraid of. paying extra but not getting anything different.

Hi Totempole... I see you are on the BCS backbone, when I 1st signed-up with Openweb I was assigned this as well, and it was a bit flakey... I asked MrBEEP if I could switch to another backbone, and was switched to an IS one, and have not looked back for close on 2 years now. Perhaps give him a PM and give another backbone a try ??

Hi kilobits, when I signed up I was put on IS, on the second month I experienced a massive
performance drop, so they moved me to BCS. It worked great up until now. Hopefully if I go
back to IS, things will be better this time.
