i have not gotten my acc details yet

i have given my debit details on the 16th april
and i filled in the forums and emailed it to them (debit forum)

then they told me i should pay in the R88 prorate and i did today and emailed the proof of payment and it says that i have payed via eft
they asked me again for my debit details and i gave it again

but i still dont have my login details i,payed and given my details twise but still dont have a acc?
 
Admin is still working on your account. When we tried billing your card, it denied twice, thus the delay.

I see you only paid this afternoon, thus the account is in process.

You're lucky, Mine is fluctuating from 0-50 in mere miliseconds.

2 hours on a 348meg torrent, only 30% complete

1h45 on another, only 10 MEGS have downloaded.

Hi Phinix,

There should be no lag at all, as the network is running very well tonight. Please try a router reboot. If the problem persists, please email [email protected] with some more info so that we can troubleshoot

Anyone else having really bad lag in GW2 WvWvW tonight?
 
I killed my account :(

My own fault though, only getting a quarter to half speed on nntp after 6pm, then only after 2am does it pick up again. Going to chill on the downloads for the next two weeks, get my usage back to normal.

Must say that browsing and YouTube still performing great, so shaping policies are spot on.

Mr Zoidberg, I've done nearly twice that and still get full line speed...
 
nvm, It all seems to be working again now.

Have no idea why it went down for 40 minutes.

I have authentication failures once a month - just happened now again. Very frustrating. Mr Beep gives me a new user name and things work - but its annoying.

Yes, Telkom should be able to resolve this for you. Kindly contact them on 10210. The account itself is not the issue, but more the losing of sync.

telkom is busy with emergency work and maintenance at a lot of exchanges and sub-exchanges today. they're replacing faulty dslam's and upgrading some etc. got an email about it.

so adsl might be yukkie today if your near to one of these exchanges.
