Strange why my post from last night on this thread was removed ...... i will re-post it and word it better . . .
First off blankmans behavior to the OW staff was unacceptable. End of. No excuses. Cannot be tolerated. Mrbeep swung his Thor-like hammer and sorted that out. Schweeet.

Now the account. BM is not the first client to complain about that account. It's been problematic and the problems are severe enough for OW to withdraw the product. That in itself is an indication that something is amiss.

Any feedback contributes to the collective info for us the clients. For me any feedback is welcome.

During the day I don't usually see my linespeed so I'm unable to provide the running commentary provided by many in here. I was on Telkom previously (last year). No downloading from 8am to 6pm. Nothing. So whatever I get during the day is a bonus.
The rabid dog is still running. Client service has been impeccable. Looking forward to more of the same!

(1) I was open and honest about my actions and behavior, an i have openly apologized, i have accepted that. maybe i was also not handled correctly as a customer . . . . but let me let this one go.
(2) OW have made claims of notifications to Account holders.... (no proof... or proof pending.... honestly i don't think there was)
i have also not received any answers (not the smart a s answers from the devoted few) to any of my questions.
Main Question: If they knew there was problems from the time they Claim they Notified Customers, Why where they still selling it till a few days ago - would you like me to provide proof of this, as i have that as well.
Main Question 2 : Why when asked about account shape or un-shape do you get "contention ratio theory quoted at you" - ( and again not the smart a s answers from the devoted few)
(3) I have done just that, i have informed other users of how OW handle(s) its customers and that they lie to their customer, i have provided proof ..... you all can call me what you want .... the facts are what they are
@calbeguy, clearly you don't read, i still have friends and family that use OW so i have the right to comment.
I will add this to my list of questions,
why did i get a PM offering me the use of a Platinum Account with a lying ISP.... - Please let me know if you want the proof of this as i have that too ....... -
OW... MrBeep .... do you offer this to any other complaining customers, to try and keep them quite ??
As nobody has read it before, i did not put it in bold so i will type it in Caps ... I DO NOT WANT AN OW ACCOUNT EVER AGAIN!!!
Clearly i have struck some sensitive nerves for OW and OW Online Staff defending their company and Boss......
What about the other Account holders at OW .... must they accept that OW is not giving them what they have signed up and paid for??
How does OW plan to rectify this for them or must they all ask for refunds .......??
Maybe with some users/customers leaving OW, there will free up some space on their over provided capacity and the devoted few can "Torrent it UP" after hours maybe .....
(as a joke .. do you want me to provide the proof for the torrents too, i don't use torrents but for making a solid point to some of the devoted few like calbe dude ..... i am more than willing to provide this as well. )
