Is it possible to move to another backbone? Also how do I change my ADSL password? The one I was given is 4 digit long.
 
Just a tip with youtube I found, when the video starts, let it run for 5 seconds and refresh the page about 3 times, then restart the video and it will run smoothly

I upgraded to Gold because of how it is advertised as the Standard and Silver packages are unusable during office hours.
While Gold is better than Standard and Silver, it falls way short of how it is advertised.

What was the solution I was offered... Upgrade to Business. I was told to upgrade since Standard, and I have done so (until Gold). With no real benefit realised.
 
Again! I have just experienced bad lag a few minutes ago. It was impossible to visit any local/international site. I fixed this by restarting the router. What's up with that?

Well, I have tried to log in my OPENWEB account (Client Portal) but it didn't work because my username/password combination is incorrect. I think I'm supposed to get another username as well for this :(
 
Yes, the profile runs on a different username and password.

Getting 5kb/s on this week's Game of Thrones. Can't handle the wait!!!
 
It is currently peak shaping times, and due to this very release, the network is quite busy.

Matters should improve after around 18:00 to 19:00

The Gamers King account would be ranked above Silver, correct?
 
Is my line FULLY (HTTP/P2P/etc) shaped during daytime? Does it explain why I'm downloading a 720p video from youtube.com at 100kb/s on my 2mbit uncapped line (GOLD edition)?

What is hell is this? :( My account is GOLD 2mbit uncapped :confused: Is it? This makes me miss MWEB :cry:

Shaping depends on how busy the network is.

Shaping starts with torrents, and then moves on to other heavy protocols. Once it quietens down, it performs the reverse

Yow. The buy 1 get 1 free special is really crazy then. Don't think it'll be worth changing to anything for a long while!

Every now and then I doubt the service I get from OW, but after around 5 years of using OW (and being tempted away every now and then) I can safely say that nothing tops the service I get from you guys!

I went for that buy 1 and get 1 setup. Gave the second one to my Dad who is on MWeb. He used it for a week and went back to his MWeb account.
