P2p downloading at a steady 0.3k/s for me - Gold Uncapped(Promo)...

Not sure how you got them to give you a new acc, they need to check with the upstream provider is the reply I got. Currently switched to my telkom capped account as any online game I played just lagged out while the online radio was on(International).

Here's EXACTLY what I put in my email to support....

Morning Guys

I have been struggling with this account since last week Monday with no success.

During the day, almost no international sites work properly and anything local with images is also a no go. After hours, local NNTP downloads (IS server) max out at around the 50Kbps mark. To test, I got a free
Afrihost (Blegh) account and everything ran perfectly. I then purchased a 1GB Vanilla from you guys and it also ran really well however the current Gold Original account is unusable.

Could you possible provide me with a set of new login credentials on the same backbone?

Sign up with Afrihost for a free 1GB account and test. IF you still have slow speeds, yeah, exchange congested, if not then take it up with support stating what you have done.

Said something similar, will wait till they respond with a responce from a upstream provider currently using our capped telkom account with no issue actually streaming twitch on 720p and playing WoW with a latency of 177 (I know you cant compare a capped product to a uncapped one but it is worlds appart).

Thanks Sir, can see youtube steams well then stops, searches work the same way, then goes again :) Feels like N1 traffic
 
For the past week my 1mb connection slowly dropped until it was 0.06mb/sec. A few emails to Leon at Open Web, switch off the router for 30 mins and now I am back to 0.98mb local and 1.02mb international

Thanks guys, well done. I will recommend a few more customers
