Is the 8 hour credit card delay normal or did I perchance happen to mess up somewhere? 
Under billing profile on the client panel it shows credit card as none but when I click on edit, it has a remove button on the auto billing section. Invoice number: 268416
Please let me know if I shouldn't link the invoice number here

I Am experiencing the same issue, but mine is a debit order instead. Awaiting debit order activation.
If I'm not mistaken, someone has to manually activate the accounts

MrBEEP please check your PM. I Am fairly happy with the 10MB gamer's king so far. Although my router is only connecting at 4096KBPS on my 10MB line and my exchange fully supports 10MB.
Which Gold account is it specifically that most users refer to as "practically unshaped" ? I see there is a big variation with the "Old gold account" being the most expensive.

Ah... strangely speedtest is fine... http browsing is painful though with zero downloading taking place...

Thanks, don't worry for now... a router reboot seems to have helped - i've done my browsing on kalahari and bidorbuy
