Hi all. OK. Problem with my speeds was a fault with my interchange, fault has been logged with Telkom. Thank you Openweb (Support person: Leoni) for going out of your way once again to help me. Very professional and FAST as usual.

I must say the support people for Telkom on this forum have also been excellent too and also thanks to everyone who sent tips on what might be the cause of my speed problem.

Having major issues today - using my FNB account everything runs full speed. Switch to Openweb and can't even load IMDB/Youtube etc. Browsing sites like BBC also terribly slow. As I said, I switch to the FNB one and everything is perfect. Logged a call this morning but not much seems to be happening here.

There are currently no general network issues

Having major issues today - using my FNB account everything runs full speed. Switch to Openweb and can't even load IMDB/Youtube etc. Browsing sites like BBC also terribly slow.
