My connection is currently dead! I've logged a call just wanted to check whether it's a general issue as one other forum member has raised this issue earlier.
 
There are no general issues currently.

Also having zero connectivity beyond first hop:

# traceroute -n 8.8.8.8
traceroute to 8.8.8.8 (8.8.8.8), 64 hops max, 40 byte packets

This was caused by a non-payment issue.

Unfortunately we did not receive your payment for September.

I see you have now made payment, and the guys have re-activated your account

Hi MrBeep, tx for getting back to me.

Just a thought: for something as business critical as Internet access y'all may want to consider being just a tad less aggressive with payment enforcement. Especially when the end of the month falls over a weekend!

Our EFT payments are due on or before the 29th of each month for the following months access.

If you would like payment to be deducted on the 1st working day of each month, kindly have the guys activate a debit order for you.

However when i use them i receive an invalid user name and password message.

I was totally cut off this morning. No idea why. Logged a call and have been given another username but no idea why this has happened.
 
woopi, i got cut off aswell.

syslog: User name and password authentication failed.
