woopi, i got cut off aswell.

syslog: User name and password authentication failed.

Turn router off for 30 minutes and keep trying. It sometimes takes me up to 5 tries to get it to connect.

Lol no, my backup account works just fine.

Issue is with them, not on my side. And this is not the first time, probably gona get another user and pass(AGAIN).

I'm currently on a 1Mbps Gamers King account but would like to upgrade to 2Mbps. Rather than hopping between accounts and one calendar month notice cancellations, or switching to another ISP until a special I like becomes available again, can you help me out?

Wonder what's going on. Is it just one area or are the occurrences more widespread? This authentication error.

Thats good and well but is something bigger going on? Users complaining about this recently. I suffered through this as well.
 
There is no conspiracy going on no.

The volume of new signups and month end cross over can cause issues from time to time, however, your fault is completely unrelated.

You experienced 21 line errors before your service went down.

How does shaping work for downloads on Gamers King (Downloaders Bling!) account?

and is this looks a little slow on 1mbps

21??? Where do I check my line for those stats?
 
There is no place to check it yourself, but if you call Telkom on 10210 they should be able to forward you the print out

Support cleared all their tickets last night and again this morning.

Kindly forward me the ticket number you received when you emailed them so that I can investigate

I still haven't gotten a response from support and my internet is still down...

I was an Mweb customer and my deal with them expired on the 31st of August and after reviewing many of the deals from all different Isp's, I decided to give Openweb a try, specifically the 2mbs Gamers King account. I checked late yesterday and the website said that there were 14 accounts available so I get into work today to sign up, go to the site and it's disappeared. Please tell me its a glitch on the website Mr Beep. 14 accounts surely couldn't have sold in the last hour or so? :-( Please provide some feedback MrBeep :-(

Thanks for the assistance MrBeep but Dane Samuel hooked me up with an account. I am now a proud client of openweb. I cant wait to go home and try it out! Cheers!
