My international is dead...here is a ping test anyone know where the problem is ? keeps timing out on the 7th Ping

If you are experiencing a problem with international being completely down, kindly email [email protected] so that we can investigate.

Nothing is down at the moment, just a much higher load than normal.

Gamers King 4mbit uncapped, crawling along at 0.20mbit and spiking to around 0.60mbit, web page response is tragically slow.

Removed all users from the network to make sure it wasn't a phantom download.

Hey Friends,

Quick update, things are looking alot better today than it did yesterday, but the network is still very very busy. We do hope that things will normalize over the weekend.

Thank you so much for your patience. We will be throwing in a bonus unshaped evening soon to make up for it.
 
MrBEEP, is it possible to upgrade from a 1MBs GOLD SPecial to a 2Mbs Gold special, or does one need to cancel first or what?

I might be wrong but I believe you can upgrade to any package as long as it's not cheaper than the original one.
