SO i have to pay R400 instead of R229 now..

Making the "limited edition" account i bought on special not so special.. I loose the special.

Can someone with 2MB GOLD and 2MB EVERYDAY UNCAPPED please post pings to bbc.co.uk

No, you don't have to. You can keep your account on 1Mb. Nothing changes. When you choose to upgrade to your full line speed, you can change your package...

I would prefer if they released gold 2MB LEON so i can still keep the special..

But R400 for Gold Uncapped 2mb from R229 is absolutely retarded

Just listen to what you're saying for a second.
You think it is absolutely retarded to pay less than double, for double the speed???
I don't see what's so retarded about that.

If you want twice as much, pay twice as much. It's simple economics. You're getting it for less than double already. You can't expect everything for free in life.

PS. Go and look on the site, click on Specials. 2Mbps is only R299 a month, not the R400 you're claiming it to be. So before you throw your toys out of the cot and start being a big baby, go and do some research actually. It's people like you...... that causes such bad service in SA, because your moan and complain without even doing any effort or anything at all.

How is 200ms to an international server, considered high? I was under the impression that that was standard, if not respectable...

Lol sorry I just read the figures now and they are respectable, didn't read the attachment correctly my bad :)

Thanks iJasper for making my day!

Hi MrBEEP

Sorry if this has been asked and answered before, n00by here… but I am on the non-promotional 1Mb Gold Uncapped @R329, and have been for 3 years now… will I be able to upgrade once Telkom upgrades the line to 2Mbps on this account, your 2Mbps for R398… http://www.openweb.co.za/go_gold_uncapped.html or will I need to choose one of the new Gold accounts I see offered ? This account has been brilliant and I would welcome the extra speed and really do not want jinx it with a migration to another type of account.
