OpenWeb ADSL Feedback Thread

Something very wrong with both Openweb accounts right now - cricket is buffering terribly from Supersport's site and this time it is certainly not their fault...

Also buffering. Feels like an issue with Openweb right now. Account dying, buffering before and after, with no issues whatsoever preceding that. Speedtests showing problems too - 50kB/s down on my 2.7Mb (screw it, I'm calling it 3Mb now) line...

Same issue here, speeds are slow, latency is through the roof , openweb...
 
Chiming in here, 4mb Gold uncapped is pretty much useless at the moment. speedtest cracks through at full speed but all downloads, images, http and nntp are dead slow, <50kbps. Something isn't right..

That seems quite slow to me,

i get the below on a standard account

Streaming is still pretty bad though..

This is why i wont change ISP's.
The service from open web is outstanding.

I had a connection issue last night, got feedback within minutes on both the forum and the ticket system,
you dont get that at other ISP's (at least not in my experience)
