I'm glad I am not alone, also dead last night, Claremont, and just a few minutes ago I lost connection again, I suppose some tjop is messing around on the Clareinch Exchange, that makes me nervous.

I signed up with Openweb today, as I had one of their trial acounts earlier this month and was blown away by the performance, got my account details changed my router settings and...My MWEB 1mbps account is currently downloading at 3x what the OW account is!
Oh, and the OW account is for 2Mbps!!! With the plan of going 4Mbps when the line upgrades later the week!

NOT WHAT I WAS EXPECTING!!!!...

OK!!!! After logging a call online with a brief problem description, I received an e-mail from [email protected] asking for my account details which I supplied and at 18:45 received a short internet break and an e-mail stating that my port was reset!!

BLAZING speeds after that!! Also Speedtest.net indicates that I am on the IS network!!

Thanks for the awesome response time and quick assistance!!!!

Good Day

Joined last nigth and all I can say not a happy customer.
I'm currently on a 4Mbps ADSL line.
Speednet reporting 0.46Mbps download and ping 155ms. Ping from my other service provider is 51ms. Big diffrance.
Also did a tracert to diffrent websides, reply Not Responding for the the first 5 hops. Us Cntrl^C to terminate tracert cmd.

I have e-mailed support and phoned, currently support is busy. They will contact me later.
Lets see what will happen during the day.

so a free upgrade wont help me now
but when they lower the price of gold uncap
that i will be happy

They reward clients for loyalty sometimes. I suspect that's what happened now. With all the gleeful exclamations of love. Account upgrades most likely.

hope so,but i have used openweb from april this year

was on 1mbps gamers then upgraded to 2mbps gamers now i am on 4mbps gamers

if i get a upgrade for free,wonder what it will be

but if not no big deal

i am happy wiht my 4mbps gamers

gold will be nice,but the price is alomst a 1/4 of my pay
