I got told exactly the same thing... And I'm experiencing terrible speed at the moment.

Though at the moment it doesn't seem my Telkom account is working 100% either. I wonder if something else isn't going on..

So not some huge conspiracy to dishonestly make money off of us? Got it. :)


PS:If you are streaming and use Hola, it works great, but if you want to do anything else, switch it off, accelerator and all. ;)

Thanks for confirming this, and good luck with the new site! If I've been following the thread correctly, I do understand the network is under a bit of pressure the past few days? I will be very interested to trial an account, even for a day or so, as soon as things are cooled down though :)
 
Sorry if this is a completely retarded question, but would running a 2MB account on a 1MB line run better than a 1MB account?

Browsing has improved, torrents around 75KB/s ATM, peaking at 175, I usually manage 350 this time of night. 021-851 area.

Edit: Hit 350KB/s for about 5 seconds just now :(

Are there any problems still exist on OpenWeb network? Browsing half dead, online tv or radio streaming is dead. WTF? Leon gold 2mb account.

Same here and definitely not my line, had to switch over to my web africa account :mad:
