OpenWeb and OpenBrowse

I think for you first qz, you need the modem to be in bridge mode and then you can create multiple PPPoE connection on your PC, eg one for Openweb and one for SAOL so you can switch around.

2)No idea.

3)Took about 10+ seconds for my PC to load this page completely, running IE8 with Maxthon2 Shell.

Just signed up with Local 30GB + 512K OpenBrowse to give it a try this month.

When I sign in to the OpenRouter, it says invalid username/password.

Still waiting to hear back from the OpenWeb support team.

Any ideas in the mean time?

Pity that my VOIP handset that doesn't work with OpenRouter. :(
 
From 12 onward, speed is terrible again. Browsing slow and download around half of what's capable of.
 
Please provide me with an update guys. I made some changes to all accounts.

Download speed around 40K/s at the moment (the same place where I usually achieve 50K/s, will check for consistency).
 
on international i download off newshost at 40kb/s but now that im on local i am downloading at 0.2 kb/s :( wtf
 
FFS!!! Iv tried to be patient with this service but im over it. Getting rid of openbrowse as soon as this month ends. Rather go to engen and get a prepaid axxess account

yes me too. already activated the cancellation by end of the month.
i thought OpenBrowse will enable me to browse at 512K international. :mad:

International sites are extremly slow and gets timed out.
Even local sites like news24, gumtree struggles to open.
 
My openbrowse has been slightly faster of late, browsing occurs at +- 10 kb/s and not 2 anymore. Can work with this.

THe big big question: will the downloads work correctly this weekend??
