openweb appauling speeds!!!

Been getting 2kb/s on a 4mb uncapped standard account from openweb.. No issues with line as other isp's work perfect.. Yeah i know its a shaped account but 2kb/s is ridiculous

+1 Also crawling here..... Mr Beep says its due to an overloaded exchange.... but my free afrihost account is flying..... can someone tell me if a excange can cause only uncapped accounts to slow down?

Did you do anything else, like say, e-mail Keoma? Or are you using torrents? Torrents will kill your account.
