Openweb Silver uncapped

Word is that IS are having some issues today. Hang tight. I get full speed on OW Gold, also on IS, but it's been a bit up and down today.
 
I hope you're right Mike, honestly, it's been a nightmare since leaving Mweb at the beginning of the month!
 
Look at the ISP ;)

I've learned my lesson very hard too. I even purchased a 1gb platinum unshaped account from openweb too. But alas, that also runs on I.S.

10 foot pole from now on for me when it comes to ISP's using I.S. It's sad, because the ISP's get hammered by the clients, I have done numerous tests on different accounts using I.S. and all are crap.

When I switch to WebAfrica or MWeb, it runs very smoothly.

This is my personal opinion, use it or don't use it.

Yeah I'm not sure about Silver, but with Gold if it goes on for more than a day then I request a change of backbone.
 
Does the change of backbone option apply to Silver accounts?

Thank you, I have phoned and reported it. I haven't had feedback about an issue yet or resolution. International speed has improved a bit:

It's still not consistent or acceptable for a 4Mbps account IMO. Am I expecting too much? My phone number and ADSL account details were taken, should I expect communication at some point to say 'problem solved' or should I phone again?
*EDIT* Received a call from support - they are looking into it.
