I got 400ms on it (now on IS for the time being).
My Gold IS is also slow, Int sites crawling, streaming not loading at all and was getting 1.8k latency when I checked wow earlier.

Ok guys mrbeep has kindly given me a dslheaven account, now before i use it i want to know a couple things.
Currently on VB gold i can download nzb's pretty much anytime without shaping which is wonderful, i don't abuse it and i only download what i need which is roughly about 70-100gb if that a month.
Will dsl heaven be fine for news servers as that is my main concern for uncapped and VB is awesome for news servers.
I really don't want a backbone that is limited during the day or has hours of good internet. I would rather get a 6gb axxess account and keep VB if that is the case.

IMO , the current issue is not permanent, i say wait it out and use that backup account so stick with VB 
Am using that R10 Unshaped special and also having some issues but will wait it out. Today TK came out only to find nothing wrong with my line (40k crc errors) so lent me a modem and it is 4hrs not a single disconnect. YAY!!

Naaaa i am more than happy to move but i will not accept dslheaven with shaping.
I can wait it out but bf 3 chows plenty cap, if i play very often i can be using 3-5gb a week. At 10 bucks that is 200 rand a month extra on top of my gold purchase which brings my total to nearly 1k a month.

DSL-heaven is nice for international gaming, but not local (unless you're on a WAGE server). I'd personally suggest that you wait it out.... overall VB has been the best, by far.
Btw, was it you that sniped (or tanked, can't remember) the crap out of me on the RIG server last night?

Don't think so it could have kronbong though
. what is your bf 3 nick? Hmmm i will login without changing my router settings and give it a test run tonight. really not keen on an account that only works well on certain servers. Axxess works on all of them.
Dslheaven sucks for gaming that is for sure. Axxess ping to sgs 9, heaven ping to sgs 75 plus 25% packet loss.

Dude most servers are laggy, the mweb servers are beyond bad and the sgs ones. Try wage, the BFC server is good and try stick to clan servers as they seem to be fairly lag free.
International unusable on IS backbone.
Can't get into my Gmail at all to get any feedback or resolution, so I guess I'm just plain screwed until someone wakes up one day and gets this stupid BS sorted out...

I found my IS this morning (before 7am) things were dog slow and quite a bit never loaded. I thought was as good a time as any to leave my router off and disconnected (as I do now and then) to reset everything on my side. Will check when I am home this evening and get back to support if needed.
My silver uncapped connection was sucking last night, 0.5MB on speedtest. Though Keoma responded to a previous email of mine about speeds saying that speedtest.net is not a reliable source of speed measurement and my connection was fine, even though i tested 2 different points with the same slow result (US + UK) - not sure what to think about that response of his.
