Yeah please don't leave.
This has absolutely nothing to do with OW ie not their fault but OW is doing what they can for us to get us access.
The only reason why ie Mweb accounts have intl access is because MWeb bought access to SAIX for failover.
Waits patiently for my account![]()
MrBEEP, is it possible to order my Openweb account now, make payment now and set it to activate next month?
Work is suffering badly with Seacom's latest failure and so I am looking for alternatives to recommend to my boss.
I saw OpenWeb's "Seacom got you down?" ad and thought that might mean all their bandwidth is not reliant on Seacom; is that just for the business accounts or does it apply to shaped uncapped accounts too?
If you didn't get anything and your money is in order, just drop Mr Beep an email at admin@ ... co.za![]()
Hi wolfza,
That applies to all our Platinum Uncapped accounts:
http://www.openweb.co.za/uncapped
It also applies to our R49 per GB Standard accounts.
However, last night, we secured enough bandwidth to cover Gold and Standard clients, so all folks should have some form of international at the moment on any account.![]()
Intl is down![]()
*Sigh*
Seems like a backup link is down. Our upstream providers are attending.
Sing with me!
And up!
And down!
And up!
And down!
