Hi everyone.

I hope someone would be able to give me some advice as I'm unable to decide on which offer would be the best based on my usage.

I'm currently using axxess uncapped express (384kbps - R899 a month) and having a look at my past monthly usage which averages to 120gig (includes up and down bandwidth) I believe this account might be a bit of a overkill. (and the 384k connection during the day is getting old)

Since i'm cheap I was wondering if I would be able to save some money by either going to:

1. Openweb 1Mbps Gold PLUS- R419
2. Openweb 4Mbps Gold - R659
3. Axxess Just Uncapped 4Mbps - R496

I would really appreciate your advice on which would be the best bang for the buck.

Also I understand that axxess does thottle your account over a certain usage - but even if they do - for a R80 more than the openweb 1mbps getting a 4mbps (even if it does get throttled) seems like a better deal?

Thank you for your time.

PS. I forgot to mention that I'm not planning to do any major downloading during the day - as my torrents can run while I'm in bed at night.

2. Openweb 4Mbps Gold - R659

get that , best option

what makes it so good?

how does it compare to axxess express @R899

how long will this price be valid, so is it basically just one month, then its back to normal price?

You get better day time speeds.

For your usage save money and go Axxess Just Uncapped. I used it earlier this year and for that usage you're not going to get throttled. Also you can share the account as it comes with two concurrent connections.

For heavy downloading OpenWeb Gold seems to be the, erm, gold standard.

Well I decided to go for gold - will save me some money (R899 - R 659 = R 240 a month.)

Thank you all for the advice.
