Openweb's OpenBrowse 512k Issue

Hi Guys
I bought an Openweb Openbrowse 512k account and am having difficulty configuring the OpenRouter software. After succesfull login I am getting timeout issues and it says "No Proxies Available". I am on Vista 32Bit.

Any help would be appreciated.

There is no Openweb support on week-ends hence my post here
