Outlook Issue

Hi There,

In Outlook, by default, when you have an unread message in your inbox... Once clicked on the msg, and then click on the next msg, the previous one is marked as read. <--- Hope that makes sense...

Now a colleague of mine has to stay selected on that msg for about 20secs before he can click on the next one, otherwise it just doesn't get marked as read... Where is the settings to change that please?
