Thank you for you input thus far.

This service is unlike an uncapped service. Theres no limitations on any protocols. It allows for full line speed transmission on everything.

You get the same for cheaper with business accounts.

Your business accounts seem to be reasonably priced but the fact that p2p is restricted on them makes them hard to choose over Afrihost's for example

What would your opinions be if prices were dropped? BTW. We are priced a bit more because we offer a personalised service.

It's not so much the high prices. It's that you selling a capped product intended for p2p. Any decent capped account out there already runs full speed on p2p protocols. This makes your pricing and product in general hard to justify.

Maybe have an add on option for your business accounts that enables p2p?

Our Business Uncapped ADSL allows P2P traffic -> per the spec sheet o our website. The Smart Business doesnt.

My apologies. Had a look now. I see that's only after 00:30 in the night. I'm saying perhaps consider a product that has absolutely no limitations. Day or night (within the realms of sanity of course).

I just don't see the use for a specialised service that shows no real advantage over any other service.

Hence our P2P ADSL Service. Its the only ADSL account optimised for P2P traffic in SA. Its a premium service with nothing limited. Everythings opened!!!

No other ISP is as transparent as us with regard to the specifications of their ADSL accounts. Its easy to promise everything especially fantastic services, but when its not in black and white, its not offered.

Have you done your research? NNTP seems to be a much more popular protocol to P2P.

This is a cutthroat industry. For you to make it, you'll have to be more competitive. :( I'm not saying you should try and undercut the big guys, but you need to consider a major price drop.

Perhaps the other services should start showing off their specifications!!! We can then realise what the advantages or disadvantages are. We the only guys in SA to tell you upfront about our ADSL service specs.

Its pointless battering a ram in comparison to others with no information.

We not here to beat prices on lower end services, though we will consider a price decrease.
