Paradox Alarm AC Failure

Good evening

I need some advice. My K32LCD+ module is showing AC Failure and Low/No Battery. I put of the main switch already and the alarm stays on. The AC light of the control panel is off and does not go on. Is there anyway the system can check the battery voltage or does anybody know what this issue good be. TIA

I had this once after a power failure. In my case it just resolved itself after about an hour of being back on AC. I am guessing but think that the battery needed to be charged. It might be that your battery is low or needing replacement?

Hi, have you resolved this issue?
Generally, you will experience a trouble notification on your keypad. This could have happened due to your system running on battery power while your AC power point was switched off although, just like any other electronic device, these units can fail.

My Paradox's AC failure timestamp is almost 30 minutes late.

Any idea?
