Paying for Dates

No. I'm not. I just want a man that can pay it's own way. I do not want to sit at home because mister man feels emancipated because I can afford to do stuff he can not.

Well, surely guys have the right to expect a woman to do the same? Why should I sit at home because my gf expects me to pay twice as much as I usually would every time I go out with her?

Seen that happen & the end is never a pretty sight (friends)

I'm sure most ladies will be understanding if they know there's a limit (usually later in a relationship).
But by that time don't blow a grand on a night out with your buds & then the next night tell me there's a R200 limit.

When I'm on a date I pay I don't mind, as long as I get nookie! :p
If I'm with a fully platonic friend then she's paying for herself!

Please, for little baby Lucifer's sake, tell me you're joking.

Been there. I do not expect him to pay forever. I would just like to know he can. It's a mans world. They get paid more and do not have to sit on a cold toilet seat.

:D seriously. Maybe it's just because I 'm older and have had leaches and losers to kick to the curb.

Exactly.

&PS it's only a man's world coz we let them believe....

hel yeah! That is it.

And breed more gingas!!

:D I think if you enjoyed the date 100% you might not mind paying?

I didn't mind paying. There was no question of me paying. I minded that there was not even an offer of contributing.

You really think your guy should be paying for you?
If my dude doesn't wanna pay then he shouldn't ask me to go somewhere....

PS: though we'd been on a few more ''friendly'' dates (friends places, movies, drinks...) On our first ''offical romantic '' date -dinner for 2 at a nice place- he not only paid for dinner but also gave me a R400 bottle of nice smellies as a pressie. :D
