You should buy a plane ticket to a region where it is legal to consume the content and watch it there to ensure everyone in the value chain of the content gets the money that they are entitled to.

I'm not being holier than thou. I've only ever claimed that the ethical approach is to always ensure that those who are responsible for the entertainment that you enjoy should be remunerated.
