Judges are human so it's not possible for them to be impartial, unbiased or without prejudice. That's why they have the law to guide them.
What you guys are saying is that it doesn't matter how racist, prejudiced or bigoted a judge is, as long as they don't talk about it, or display it, it's ok and not a problem. For you the problem is that they discuss or show their racism, not their racism itself.

Young women living in the same part of Khayelitsha where Sinoxolo Mafevuka was raped and killed have spoken out against the “underground rape culture” holding them hostage.

Thirty-seven women of SST section signed a petition under the banner of “Zero Tolerance”, against the granting of bail for two suspects.

Investigating Officer Bakiti Tshabalala read the petition out during the men’s bail application in the Khayelitsha Magistrate’s Court on Monday.

The women said the 19-year-old’s killing in February made international headlines and was the turning point for them.

“The culture of rape is prevalent and has no consequence. We are victims of crime and all sorts of atrocities and our parents are not equipped to deal with these sorts of issues,” Tshabalala read out.

There was an underground rape culture and the brutality of what happened to Mafevuka confirmed something needed to be done, they said.

Picture the following: On your last night in Bangkok you see a guy blind drunk dancing on the table of a strip club wearing only Chanel No 5 and a big smile. The next day at the airport you see the same guy and he is the captain of the aircraft that will fly you home. What is you first thought?

Although the case-docket refer to race like White on White, the actual crime stat forms does not reflect race. For you statistical fundis out there, I need not say anything further. You will be surprised (or not) how many rapes become indecent assault or just assault with the push of a button and a wink. IMHO rape stats means nothing to the broader public, it is faulty.

Because especially rape ones would potentially just fuel racism. A lot of sexual assault goes unreported maybe certain races don't report sexual assault among members of the family. I have one anecdotal case of a guy in a small town who raped his daughter and her friends and his family knew. He only got got when he raped a visiting girl whose family went after him. It was a major scandal in the small town

I understand your point, how do the all males who abhor the whole concept of rape remove themselves of this broad sweeping statement? It is painful and unjust.

I reread her statement, I see what you mean. I would say to make a fair judgement on this, I would have to see the entire case and what happened and not judge her only on one or two sentences.
