For convection ovens (read airfryers) it's advised to reduce the heat by 25F or time by 25%.

Thanks. Think I will go bit lower and slower and just boost the heat to get the nice browned bits at the end if needed.
I once saw them doing a butter basted head of cauliflower on Masterchef. Where you keep basting it every few minutes with the scorching hot butter in the bottom of the pan. But can't see that working in the airfryer. Will have to be pan or oven.
