Philips Airfryer - anyone have?

So I used the grill pan to grill some marinated chops.
Turned out extremely well. Juicy yet charred in the right spots.

I preheated it to 200 and then added the chops and cooked at 200 for around 10mins

I boil Mealies then when cooled off plaster with butter or Margarine then put them in the Philips Fryer for around 10+min if you check regularly you can get them to a crispy condition one can also sprinkle some curry powder before placement.

Has anyone used oven cleaner to clean their fryer? I generally use hot water and dish liquid + plenty of elbow grease. But that doesn't seem to be hacking it anymore.

Elbow grease? I’ve never needed any of that to clean it.

Oven cleaner maybe just eat away at the nonstick coating.

How often are you washing it? Does it go multiple uses without washing?

I am concerned.. what are you cooking that requires the use of chemicals that strong to remove whatever is caked on the basket/drip pan..?

I have used nothing but warm water and dish soap and some light rubbing with a sponge is all I have ever needed..
